This is the first of the Collector's Series Turbo Tops. There will only be 20 of these ever made. This one is made of layers of clear with orange and yellow crayon tubing over a multi-color transparent millie center. Basically its a big chunk of millie that was all sized to 19mm and turned into Turbo Tops.  

Each one is hand numbered with a titanium pen, and comes in a box that is also numbered.
